Smeg Professional attends the HOST Exhibition 2019

This year, once again, Smeg Professional will attend Host Milano 2019, the most important catering equipment trade fair on the international calendar, being held in Milan from 18th to 22nd October. Smeg will be presenting various new products, all with the company’s characteristic high quality and cutting-edge technologies.

Specifically, in terms of ware washing, the company will be showing off its new range of glass washers, with improved performance, and the patented SHR+ steam heat recovery system, which offers significant energy (and therefore cost) savings. The next-generation hood-type dishwashers also have an innovative filtration system which obtained excellent washing results in the washing tests it was put through based on the latest European standard EN50593.

On the cooking side of things, Smeg will be showing off the ALFA43 range of compact ovens, with a new, more flexible electronic interface which is designed to meet more requirements of the market and an updated version of the ALFA420 four-tray ovens, which boast improved air circulation and improved cooking times in various types of cooking.
