3RD YEAR WARRANTY APPLICATION

Please complete the application form below to activate your 3^rd year warranty on any of the qualifying SPH hood dishwasher models, the request will be processed during working hours Mon-Fri and an acknowledgement will be sent to the supplied email address within 7 working days.

It’s vital the information you give is as detailed and accurate as possible to avoid delays in validating and processing the application, so please ensure the model code and 20 digit serial numbers are correct and use the additional comments to advise us of anything relevant. All applications MUST be received within 3 months of the date of purchase of the machine to qualify and any applications received after this date will not be approved.

(Please note that the additional 3^rd year warranty cover is only available to qualifying public sector sites. If unsure please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased the machine from to check, all non-qualifying sites will still get the standard 2 years manufacturer’s warranty)
