Air Flow Reduction Kit

The air flow reduction kits can be installed in the Smeg professional oven range to reduce air flow when cooking delicate items such as cakes and meringues to prevent the products setting too quickly or drying out. They are easily clipped into the fan baffles at the rear of the oven and can be removed just as easily.
