NEW THERMOFUNNEL CAVITY

The clever design of the new cavity featuring a parabolic shape in the rear of the oven, and the new shape of the fan deflector, facilitates air distribution and guarantees uniformed heat for excellent results and even cooking.

STEAMART TECHNOLOGY

Saturated steam is generated by boiling directly in the cavity, very quickly and at very low temperatures (starting from 30°C to support the proving process), without the need for a dedicated boiler.

This process is ideal for delicate cooking that requires the use of 100% steam. It also prevents any alteration of the food’s quality and reduces weight loss to a minimum.

DIGITAL TOUCH DISPLAY

The latest generation of the 7” TFT display, that is faster and even more intuitive, making it easier to manage the oven for the best cooking results.

TRIPLE GLAZED

Triple glazed door improves the thermal insulation of the cavity and reduces heat loss to a minimum. The outer glass of the door stays at a lower temperature for added safety.

ERGONOMIC HANDLE

Solid and robust, with 90˚ rotational opening and a unique design, it guarantees simple and comfortable use for the operator.

LED LIGHTS

The lights positioned in the door ensure excellent lighting inside the cavity to quickly monitor the progress of cooking on every single shelf.

USB PORT

Located on the door for convenient and easy access, to update and upload new recipes in an instant.

Precise control of the cooking thanks to the 4 temperature points on the probe, which allow perfect cooking at the core of any type of food product.

A condense/extraction hood, water filtration, dedicated chemicals and blast chiller are also available to maximise the combi oven’s functionality and reliability.

WASHART SYSTEM

Evenly distributes water and detergent inside the cavity, guaranteeing rapid washing and drying with less power. Available with 3 automatic wash cycles in the Easy, Medium and Strong versions.

Cavity wash system with rotating spray head for compactness and more efficient washing.

Concealed front mounted 3-litre liquid detergent reservoir. Replenished by external detergent container.
