Production plants

Smeg’s excellence takes shape in its five production plants in Italy, each dedicated to a specific product category to ensure the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Among them, the Bonferraro plant near Verona represents the core of Smeg Professional’s industrial operations. Covering an area of 110,000 m² and operating since 1964, it represents the perfect balance of industrial expertise, technological innovation and process integration. Every production phase is managed in-house, supported by advanced automation systems and laboratories dedicated to durability and performance testing. The plant operates under globally recognized certifications — ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485 and ISCC-PLUS — confirming Smeg’s ongoing commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability.
