The new range Professional Cooking 2016 has got a great response of the public. The well-established line of Convection ovens has been joined by Multifunction ovens and the innovative Combi Ovens - new expression of the concept of cooking. In addition to meet the diverse needs of the sector, Smeg has introduced two new lines: the Semi-professional Cookers - in gas, ceramic or induction versions- which Smeg proposes to the field of snack bars and the new Cantilevered Modular Cooking line - the new concept of fitted kitchens.
There have been innovations in Professional Dishwashing with the launch of the new range of dishwashers. Greenline and Topline have been completely renovated with new electronic Touch Control and the innovative Smeg-App for the management of technical information on the operation of the machine. The range has also been enriched with the new Ecoline which stands with simple and innovative technological content.
The 39th edition of the event has finally seen the launch of the new range of Smeg Refrigerated Cabinets and Blast Chillers through which Smeg presents itself as a leader of quality and professionalism also in the field of Professional Refrigeration.
